Your whole health picture, on one page

Most health sites make you run one calculator, note the number, then start all over for the next one. The Full Body Reportflips that. Enter your details a single time and every key metric appears at once β€” a complete, at-a-glance snapshot of where your health stands today, with each number colour-coded so you can instantly see what's healthy and what's worth a closer look.

What's in your report

  • BMI β€” your weight status against the WHO scale.
  • Body fat % β€” estimated with the U.S. Navy tape method, with your fitness category.
  • Waist-to-height ratio β€” the central-fat marker that predicts heart and diabetes risk better than BMI.
  • Maintenance calories (TDEE) β€” how many calories you burn in a day.
  • Ideal weight range β€” a healthy target for your height.
  • Daily protein, water, and steps β€” personalised targets to act on.

Why one report beats nine separate tools

Your health markers don't exist in isolation β€” your calories depend on your weight, your body fat reframes your BMI, your waist measurement adds the context BMI misses. Seeing them togethertells a far richer story than any single number. It's the difference between a snapshot and the full picture.

And because the report is built from the same trusted formulas as our dedicated calculators, every card is a doorway: tap BMI, body fat, waist-to-height ratio, calories, or any other to see the full method, the science, and exactly what to do next.

Private by design

Your measurements never leave your browser. Nothing is stored on our servers, and the only way your numbers travel is if youchoose to share your report link. It's free, instant, and there's no sign-up β€” just your complete health picture, whenever you want it.

Frequently asked questions

What is the Full Body Report?

It's a free all-in-one health tool. You enter your age, sex, height, weight, and a couple of tape measurements once, and it instantly calculates every key health metric on a single page β€” BMI, body fat percentage, waist-to-height ratio, maintenance calories (TDEE), ideal weight, and your daily protein, water, and step targets.

Which measurements do I need?

Just your height, weight, waist, and neck (plus hips if you're female, for the body fat estimate). A soft tape measure is all you need. The more measurements you add, the more complete your report β€” but you'll get most of the numbers from height and weight alone.

Is it accurate?

Every number uses the same peer-reviewed formulas as our individual calculators β€” Mifflin–St Jeor for calories, the U.S. Navy method for body fat, and WHO/NICE thresholds for BMI and waist-to-height ratio. They're well-validated screening estimates, not a clinical diagnosis, and are best used to track your own trend over time.

Can I share my report?

Yes. Hit the share button and you'll get a link that reproduces your exact report, so you can save it, revisit it, or send it to a friend, trainer, or coach. Nothing is stored on our servers β€” your numbers live only in the link.

What should I do with my results?

Start with any marker flagged to keep an eye on. Each card links to a dedicated calculator with the full method, scientific sources, and practical next steps β€” so you can go as deep as you like on the numbers that matter most to you.
